These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website prosidiasystems.com (the “Site”), operated by Marcel Bruch LABS, which does business as Prosidia Systems (“Prosidia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), Gostenstrasse 22, 8882 Unterterzen, Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational and marketing website that describes our AI voice systems and lets you request and schedule a consultation call. Any actual provision of services is subject to a separate written agreement between you and Prosidia. Booking a call or submitting the questionnaire does not by itself create a service contract or any obligation on our part to provide services.

When you submit our questionnaire or book a call, you consent to being contacted by us at the details you provide for the purpose of scheduling and conducting that call. Scheduling is handled through a third-party tool (Calendly); your use of it is also subject to that provider’s terms.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the “Prosidia” name and marks, layout, and design — is owned by or licensed to Prosidia and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of it without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or services (such as Calendly and our integration partners). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in the Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
