Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Prosidia Systems (“Prosidia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit prosidiasystems.com (the “Site”) or interact with us — including when you complete our booking questionnaire or schedule a call.
1. Who we are
Prosidia Systems is a brand operated by Marcel Bruch LABS, Gostenstrasse 22, 8882 Unterterzen, Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland, which acts as the data controller responsible for your personal information. You can reach us at info@prosidiasystems.com for any privacy-related question or request.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide to us
When you use our booking questionnaire, request a call, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number;
- Your company, industry, and business details;
- Your answers to qualifying questions (for example, monthly revenue range, lead volume, how you currently handle leads, and your goals);
- Any other information you share with us during calls, emails, or messages.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and access timestamps. This is used to operate, secure, and maintain the Site.
Cookies and embedded services
The Site itself does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. However, we embed a third-party scheduling tool (Calendly) to let you book calls, which may set its own cookies or collect data in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you;
- Qualify, schedule, and conduct consultation calls;
- Provide, operate, improve, and secure the Site and our services;
- Send you relevant service or follow-up communications;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the FADP or GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business; the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations, including:
- Calendly — appointment scheduling;
- GoHighLevel — customer relationship management (CRM);
- Vercel — website hosting;
- Cloudflare — DNS, security, and content delivery;
- Email and communication providers.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
6. International data transfers
Because we operate from Switzerland and use service providers located in the United States and other countries, your personal information may be transferred to and processed outside of your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information during such transfers.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information; to object to processing; to request portability; and to withdraw consent. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell your information).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@prosidiasystems.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC).
9. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
12. Contact us
