AI Implementation Specialist
Own the deployment and optimization of our clients' AI voice systems, end to end — so every system we ship runs flawlessly and keeps getting better.
What you'll do
- Deploy AI voice agents for new clients on the Synthesys platform.
- Configure integrations — CRM, calendar, and telephony (GoHighLevel, Calendly, and more).
- Write and tune call scripts, and run live test calls before go-live.
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize for better outcomes.
- Handle updates, tweaks, and client requests — own delivery end to end.
Who you are
- Technically minded and detail-obsessed — you sweat the small stuff.
- Comfortable with AI tools and no-code / automation platforms.
- A self-starter who can own delivery in a fast-moving, early-stage company.
- Clear communicator with strong written English.
- Bonus: experience with CRMs, telephony, voice AI, or automation tools (Zapier / Make).
